Without a doubt, Publick Occurances is an art zine designed by a guy with an uncanny knack for lino printing. Posing as a miniature yearbook filled with black-and-white ink portraits of students, the zine recreates the 1925 graduating class of The Manual Training High School in Peoria, Illinois.
